Nara was born in Fortaleza, northeast of Brasil, now living in Algarve, south of Portugal. She has been travelling the world learning from other people and cultures and surfing beautiful waves. For 15 years walking on the spiritual and therapies path, she had learned a lot from sacred medicines and their guardians. Her studies have been structural energy awakening, sound healing, quiromassage, lomi lomi, thai massage, reiki, trigger points, suction cups and watsu. Her approach is a holistic healing session. This means that her work will meet the needs of each person that comes to her regarding all levels of the being. In her usual practice, she does an oil massage that takes you through a journey into your four lower bodies with an energetic, relaxing and deep work from fascia to the deep tissue, releasing trigger points and tensions. She also uses suction cups and sound healing to enhance the treatment and help the recovery and balance of your body.
